The Montessori Method of Education developed by Maria Montessori, the great Italian educator,
is a child-centered educational approach based on scientific observations of children.
This method of education has been used for over 100 years in many parts of the world.

'Oxford Kids' offers M1, M2 & M3 classes (equal to play class, LKG & UKG) in Montessori syllabus. Montessori method is a constructivist or "discovery" model, where students learn concepts from working with materials rather than by direct instruction. Those specialized Montessori apparatus (learning materials) are developed out of natural, aesthetic materials such as wood rather than plastic. Students who educate in Montessori method in pre-school are eligible for Ist Grade admission in any syllabus as they can pass any method of entrance test.

Short term admission is also given. Registration/Admission can be made at any time of the academic year as each child learns at their own pace and Montessori method supports it.

Timing:
Montessori Section Regular Time- 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Elementary (Primary School) Section – 9.30 a.m. to 03.00 p.m.
After School Care & Study Facility: 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Fees:

Oxford Kids provides one of the best teachers training institutes in Kerala with six centres state-wide.

We provide various PG Diploma, Advanced Diploma and short term courses in Montessori/ Pre-primary Teacher Training. Course is affiliated to the Teacher Training Society, Kolkata which is approved by the West Bengal Government. Usually course starts in May last week. Registration can be made at any time.

Minimum qualification: Pre-Degree/ 12th Pass. But preference will be given to Graduates/ Post Graduates, teachers and those who have good English communication skills.

We admit only a limited number of students, so early registration will ensure your admission. Our passed out trainees are working in famous Government and Private English Medium Schools in India and abroad including the Gulf and North Eastern Asian countries. Several schools, even from the UAE are coming to our training center for recruiting teachers. The Headquarters of training activities is Kamaleswaram, Manacaud, Trivandrum. Practical training facility are provided in all Oxford Kids Centers.

The filled up application should be submitted to the 'Oxford Kids' along with the required fees and documents. The candidate should appear for interview before the admission. The rights of admission will be reserved with the 'Oxford Kids'.
