A seasoned educationist with over 45 years of experience, including 16 years as a gazetted officer, he has served in prominent roles such as Headmaster, Senior Lecturer, and Assistant Professor and Head of the Educational Technology Department at SCERT, Kerala. He has also worked as a consultant to various educational institutions across India and abroad.

He has played key roles in several government educational initiatives, including serving as the State IT Academic Coordinator and consultant for the IT@School Programme. Additionally, he served as the State Co-coordinator in charge of the NPEP (NCERT) project.

Currently, he serves as the Curriculum Committee Chairman for the DMTT, ADMCEd, and DMLD courses at the State Resource Centre under the Education Department, Government of Kerala. He is also the Founder Director of Oxford Kids, established in 2008.

He is a recognized expert and resource person in the areas of learning disabilities, preschool education, and inclusive education. His contributions span primary to higher secondary education, teacher training, in-service teacher development, and training of resource persons across various disciplines.

He has been instrumental in curriculum development, creation of training modules, evaluation materials, and has authored textbooks, handbooks, and other educational resources. Additionally, he has written, edited, and translated numerous educational publications for institutions like SCERT.He has authored 15 Books
